The pool was great, the staff was very good. All the facilities were REALLY GOOD, and if you need there's free parking nearby.

We greatly enjoyed the Christmas here. It had an incredible setting near the island.- A quiet neighborhood near Paynes Bay beach.- It was a 0-minute walk to Paynes Bay.- Everything was perfect; we would recommend this apartment.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Saint James right by a quiet residential area, the beach and restaurants and up the coast to Holetown. Quiet atmosphere, John the host has done above and beyond for us. It was a really good place; we recommend it.

The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms, air conditioning, and a large living room and kitchen area. The private garden and small pool provide a relaxing atmosphere. The hosts, John and Pat, are extremely welcoming and provide excellent customer service. They even offer helpful recommendations for transfers and local taxi drivers.

The beach nearby is not great due to erosion and its location next to a busy road.

The bedrooms were so cool with AC and en suite bathrooms, perfect for lazy mornings. The apartment had this awesome balcony with stunning sea views, so romantic! Plus, the open-plan layout gave it a stylish vibe. Loved it!

The garden was cute, but I personally would have preferred a bigger outdoor space.

Great location with convenient facilities like a microwave, climate control, and an iron, making it a good value stay.

Lovely garden area for relaxing, eating and a refreshing pool to cool down. Facilities include washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning. Hosts are fantastic, helpful, and even took us to the supermarket and provided Bajan fish for breakfast.

The apartment at Annwin Apartment in Saint James was simply amazing! The two air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were absolutely convenient. I loved the stylish, open-plan layout of the apartment, and the balcony with stunning sea views was an incredible bonus. It's perfect for me as a guest who values comfort and enjoys a beautiful view.

Personally, I found the garden a bit underwhelming. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might still appreciate it.

Beyond our expectations! Coming to Barbados for the first time, we were a little unsure about staying in a private apartment rather than at a resort, but we needn't have worried. The hosts made us feel welcome and were pretty good our expectations to assure we had a wonderful experience! The apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities necessary. The walk to the beach is short, very safe, and quite interesting. If you are out early enough, you might even see the monkeys at play along the way! The bus stop is very convenient and allowed us to manage very nicely without a car. The west coast of the island has the most beautiful beaches, luxurious resorts, great shopping, and best restaurants. You will be right in the heart of it all with easy access to everything you might want. I would recommend this hotel - it's a great way to enjoy Barbados!

The bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home. The en suite bathrooms were a huge plus, no wait time in the mornings! The open-plan layout of the apartment gave it a modern touch, and the balcony with sea views was simply breathtaking. I could sit out there all day and just soak in the beauty. Plus, having air-conditioning in every room was a lifesaver in the hot weather. I loved the stylish and relaxing vibe of this apartment.

I personally didn't enjoy the garden as much as I thought I would. It just didn't appeal to me, but I understand that others might find it charming.

Absolutely wonderful experience! the apartment had everything we could possibly need, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. the outdoor living space was a real highlight, with a beautiful plunge pool and a lovely seating area with a BBQ. the location was perfect, away from the crowded tourist areas but still in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. And the hosts, John and Pat, were incredible! They were so welcoming and helpful, even arranging our transfers from the airport at a great price. It was truly a local experience that made our romantic escape extra special.

The hot water in the taps was a bit temperamental, but the showers had warm water, so it wasn't a major issue. we didn't have any shampoo or conditioner provided, so it would have been helpful to bring our own.

We had a fantastic time at Annwin during our recent stay in Saint James. the property exceeded our expectations and provided everything we needed. the traditional style added to the charm, and it was incredibly peaceful and located in a safe area. John and Pat, our hosts, were absolutely wonderful and made us feel incredibly welcome. They even surprised us with a delicious flying fish breakfast one morning. the property had plenty of space for our family of two adults and two kids, both inside and in the garden. We couldn't have asked for better hosts or a more marvelous property. 😊.

Despite not being located directly on the beach, the short and safe walk to the shoreline was both convenient and charming, with the added bonus of spotting playful monkeys along the way. The nearby bus stop made it easy to explore the beautiful west coast of the island, with its stunning beaches, luxury resorts, excellent shopping, and outstanding restaurants. We had a truly unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this property for an enjoyable stay in Barbados.
